Shipping and Delivery Policy
Australia's shipping costs are amongst the highest in the world and there are some addresses we just cannot subsidise delivery to. We reserve the right to charge higher rates for expensive delivery areas such as the Northern Territory, Western Australia, Tasmania and some rural areas. We will contact you if there is such a need.
From time to time a special promotion may attract different shipping costs and if so, this will be shown in that campaign.
We do everything we can to arrange prompt delivery. Orders received before 5pm are dispatched the morning of the following business day.
Standard Shipping via Sendle
To help to keep our planet and environment healthy, Piptree utilise the services of Sendle, Australia's Leading Courier Parcel Service. Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service (and a B-Corp!) Despatch is by normal/standard service.
Please understand that seasonal delays can occur when couriers are overloaded. Christmas, of course, is the most demanding season and we cannot guarantee delivery of an order particularly if it is placed late.
For major cities, delivery should be within 3-5 days, but some regional areas may take longer.
The size of the order can also affect delivery times as we may need to use road courier services for larger items. Deliveries can take up to 14 days, if you haven't received your item within 14 days, please urgently contact us.
Free Pick-Up from Store
We also offer free pick-up from Piptree Early Learning Eight Mile Plains (526 Warrigal Road, Eight Mile Plains, QLD 4113). Pick-up times are between 6:15am-6:15pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please only select this option if you can pick-up your order within 2-3 days of receiving dispatch notification.
